The Italian bistro "Fragola-space" on Kazbegi Avenue is looking for a cook.

Work schedule: 8 am - 5 pm, 2 days off Salary: 70 + bonus Address: Tbilisi, Kazbegi Avenue N2.

Job description and responsibilities: - Prepares and oversees the full cycle of dish production; - Ensures compliance with food safety standards; - Monitors the quality and quantity of received products, produces product storage and controls proper consumption; - Prepares dishes according to brand chef's predetermined calculations and technological cards; - Ensures cleanliness and strict adherence to hasp standards in the kitchen;

Basic requirements: - At least 6 months of work experience; - Knowledge of European (Italian) cuisine will be considered an advantage.
