ProCredit Bank announces a vacancy: Learning, Performance & Transformation Specialist

Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and manage the implementation of important HR projects, using project management approaches to ensure timely, effective, and result-oriented implementation of initiatives; - Analyze HR processes and work practices, assess their effectiveness, and propose improvement initiatives based on Operational Excellence and Continuous Improvement principles; - Identify and support opportunities for using artificial intelligence (AI) and other digital technologies in the HR function and across the organization, aiming to increase efficiency and develop modern work approaches; - Identify employees' development needs, considering organizational transformation, technological changes, and business goals, with a focus on developing competencies related to artificial intelligence (AI), digital tools, new technologies, and efficiency growth. Collaborate with relevant departments to form, coordinate, implement, and periodically update the organization's Learning & Development strategy and plans, ensuring alignment with the bank's strategic goals and future needs; - Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented training and development initiatives, analyze results, and identify improvement opportunities to assess the effectiveness of the bank's investments in employee development and their impact on organizational performance; - Coordinate and support the effective functioning of the Performance Management process, identify and develop opportunities to improve and manage it more effectively, ensuring the Performance Management system aligns with the organization's goals; - Produce HR analytics, collect, process, and analyze HR data to identify trends, metrics, and key insights related to processes. Use analysis results to assess processes, identify improvement opportunities, and support the formation of subsequent actions and initiatives.

Requirements: - Higher education in HR, Business Administration, Management, Economics, or a related field; - At least 2 years of experience working in the HR field, preferably in Performance Management, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or HR project management; - Practical experience in project management and the ability to see issues through to completion; - Experience in process analysis and improvement; - Strong analytical and structured thinking; - Knowledge of AI tools and the ability to use them practically; - Ability to effectively use MS Excel and data analysis tools, as well as experience in preparing structured and professional presentations; knowledge of Power BI will be considered an advantage; - High-level English language skills (C1).
