Job Description The Economic Infrastructure Supervisor is responsible for the smooth, safe and continuous functioning of all engineering, technical and infrastructure systems of the building, management of technical risks, ensuring the quality of service and effective coordination of technical personnel. - Technical support of the Lisia Head Office using a service company or internal resources; - Constant monitoring and control of the overall technical condition of the building. Cleaning control; - Ensuring the continuous and smooth operation of all engineering systems of the building - Technical supervision of water supply, sewage and drainage systems; - Control of the technical condition of elevators, escalators and other vertical transportation systems; - Ensuring the smooth functioning of fire safety systems (detectors, sprinklers, fire panels); - Monitoring and management of the BMS (Building Management System) system; - Timely elimination and response to identified discrepancies in the working environment: water leakage / flow, excessive dust, inadequate temperature regime. - Timely and effective execution of fixed technical issues and requests through the relevant software platform (Jira), - Monitoring and analysis of utility costs; - Supervision of the maintenance of the company's material assets and items, prevention of their damage or loss. - Supervising the work process of invited daily workers - distribution of tasks, monitoring of the process and evaluation of the quality of work performed; - Carrying out small repair works within the competence of the group; - Conducting price quotations / documentation archiving related to repair works.

Qualifications - Higher technical education; - At least 5 years of experience in the relevant field - Knowledge of office programs at the user level - Willingness to work with AI tools and modern technologies
