Responsibilities: - Provide high-quality service to guests, create and maintain a positive atmosphere on the premises - Escort guests to their rooms, assist with luggage - Store and handle guest luggage as needed - Inform guests about hotel services - Maintain cleanliness in the lobby and luggage room

Required skills: - Experience in a similar position will be considered an advantage; - Proficiency in English is required; - Teamwork skills; - Communication skills; - Attention to detail.
