Main responsibilities: - Onsite visits to borrowers and guarantors with overdue debts, making phone calls, and conducting negotiations to ensure loan repayment.

Knowledge, qualifications, and skills: - Higher education (preferably in law or economics); - Experience working as a credit expert, problem loan expert, lawyer, executor, or in a relevant field is desirable; - Computer skills (high-level proficiency in office programs); - Logical thinking; - Teamwork; - Negotiation and persuasive communication; - Ability to work in stressful situations; - Flexibility with working hours; - Responsibility.
