m² is announcing a vacancy for the position of Cost Estimator.

Main responsibilities:

** Analysis of BOQ and preparation of appropriate conclusions in case of discrepancies;

** Analysis of cost estimates for compliance with pre-prepared standard prices, and comparison of non-standard prices with market prices;

** Comparison of current construction and repair costs for each object during the construction process with budgeted costs.

** Financial revision of acceptance certificates confirmed by the Technical Supervision and Quality Control Service;

** Revision of design volumes;

** Analysis of design documentation (full reading of construction drawings);

** Preparation of cost estimates at market value;

** Compliance with snips and norms;

** Preparation of cost estimates and quantity surveys based on construction drawings/project;

Qualification knowledge and skills:

** Bachelor's degree in Construction/Architecture;

** At least 2 years of work experience;

** Knowledge of ArchiCAD, AutoCAD programs;

** Working level of English;

** Time management skills;

** Ability to work in stressful situations;

** Ability to share and support team responsibility;

** Ability to identify and analyze problems;

** Effective written and verbal communication skills;

** Flexibility towards changes;
