Daily Group announces a vacancy for the position of Personnel Selection Specialist.

Workplace: Tbilisi, Orkhevi, Tengiz Chantladze #40 Work Schedule: Monday-Thursday 09:00-17:00 Friday 09:00-14:00

Main Responsibilities: - Searching for candidates using various channels; - Managing the full cycle of selection for front-line vacant positions, planning and implementing selection stages; - Producing, managing and updating electronic databases; - Collaborating with various employment agencies and evaluating results; - Initiating and implementing projects to find candidates;

Basic Requirements: - Higher education in Business Administration or Psychology; - At least 1 year of work experience in personnel selection is desirable; - Knowledge of Excel at the user level; - Knowledge of English at a communicative level is desirable;

Personal Skills: - Strong communication skills; - Ability to manage time effectively; - Ability to plan and organize processes; - Ability to work in a team;
