24-Hour Cashier-Operator

Financial company LLC "Solo Credit" is announcing a vacancy for a 24-hour Cashier-Operator position (gold and pawn shop, currency conversion).

Conditions:

** Type of work: Full-time; ** Working hours: 24 hours every three days (with the possibility of sleeping from 00:00 to 08:00, the branch is closed). It is possible to agree on a schedule for students; ** Salary: 1700-2500 GEL; ** Insurance and fit pass are optional; ** One-month paid internship

Job duties:

** Pawn shop, gold pawn shop, currency conversion; ** Providing high-quality, accurate, fast, and qualified customer service; ** Polite, friendly, and warm attitude towards customers; ** Interviewing customers, recording their loan requests, and familiarizing them with pawn shop procedures and tariffs; ** Assessing collateral; ** Drawing up contracts and acts of valuing valuables; ** Transferring received valuables to storage; ** Issuing loans in the relevant software; ** Returning valuables in full or in part when the loan is repaid in full or in part; ** Following established procedures for the realization of overdue credits.

Job duties - currency:

** Greeting arriving customers and creating a comfortable environment; ** Communicating with customers and converting the relevant amount; ** Recording and archiving relevant documentation; ** Identification in accordance with the legislation, conducting verification processes (if necessary); ** Maintaining order and keeping the office clean and tidy.

Work experience:

** Preferred: experience in a pawn shop/microfinance organization/currency exchange point (experience with a cash register)//bank (experience with a cash register)/, electronics store (familiarity with electronics), applicants with good knowledge of electronics will be given priority (in particular; phones, laptops, computers, etc.) regardless of profession; ** For those without experience: logical thinking skills, high sense of responsibility, good learning ability, motivation.

Requirements: languages - Georgian (good), English and Russian (intermediate level).
