Support Specialist

Ridetech Georgia LLC is actively looking for a Support Specialist (Driver/User support) to join our international team. Communication will be conducted via chat and phone calls in Georgian and Russian.

The main responsibility is to support application users in terms of technical or other needs.

Your responsibilities: - Respond to requests quickly in chat format. - Answer incoming calls. - Provide consultations on issues that arise during travel; - Provide information to developers and managers to improve our services; - Sometimes solve new and interesting issues - we are constantly growing and changing!

Work format: Fully remote Work schedule: 2/2/3 09:00-21:00 (2 working days, 2 days off, 3 working days...). Essential requirement: Knowledge of Russian language (B2 or C1 level). Candidates without knowledge of Russian will not be considered.

Equipment for work: As it's a remote job, you will need a laptop or personal computer to work on and a stable internet connection.
