Competition Conditions a) Qualification Requirements a.a) Professor of Category A: - a) To occupy the academic position of a Category A professor, the contestant must meet the following conditions: - a.a) A doctoral or equivalent academic degree in the field of competition or a related field; - a.b) At least 6 years of experience working in an academic position at a higher educational institution in the field of competition or a related field; - a.c) At least 4 years of experience in the academic position of a professor at a higher educational institution or in an academic leadership position (e.g., head of an educational program, head of a department, or head of a structural unit for quality assurance). - a.d) Publication and development of at least 1 educational-methodological literature (textbook, guide, lecture course, reader, methodological instructions, or other educational resource) in printed or electronic form within the last 4 years; - a.e) Participation in at least 4 scientific conferences, symposia, congresses, or other scientific-research/educational events within the last 4 years; - a.f) Publication of at least 4 scientific papers in refereed journals and/or scientific collections within the last 4 years, including at least 1 paper in an international refereed and reviewed journal (indexed in at least Scopus, Web of Science, or other international refereed and reviewed scientific databases); - a.g) Participation in international or national scientific, educational, or institutional projects within the last 4 years will be considered an advantage.

b) To occupy the academic position of a Category B professor, the contestant must meet the following requirements:
