Production Director

An advertising enterprise is seeking a Production Director responsible for the effective planning of outdoor advertising production and installation processes, management of technical teams, and timely and high-quality execution of projects, as well as effective planning and management of polygraphy and large-format printing directions.

The Production Director will oversee 25-30 employees.

Main responsibilities - Planning, managing, and coordinating the daily activities of production and installation groups; - Planning work and redistributing employees according to project specifics; - Determining work deadlines, monitoring the execution process, and controlling quality; - Participating in planning complex and non-standard projects, developing technical solutions, and assessing their feasibility; - Controlling the proper functioning of machinery and equipment in the enterprise and organizing the involvement of relevant services or specialists in case of technical malfunctions; - Controlling the consumption of materials used in production and their effective use; - Coordinating with the purchasing department to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials needed for projects; - Promptly resolving technical and organizational problems arising during production and installation processes; - Ensuring compliance with labor safety norms during production and installation processes, controlling employees' adherence to safety rules, and promoting a safe working environment; - Coordinating the activities of various departments involved in projects to ensure smooth processes;

Requirements - 3-5 years of experience in a technical manager, production head, or similar position; - Practical experience in team management and organization of production processes; - Experience working in an advertising company (enterprise); - Ability to read technical drawings well; - Knowledge of production processes; - Analytical thinking and ability to quickly solve problems; - High sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; - Category B driver's license; - Ability to work independently; - Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs;

Working conditions Full-time schedule; Workplace: Tbilisi, Feikreb Street. Salary: 4000 GEL during the probationary period, with prospects of increase after the probationary period.
