Work location: Kutaisi Work load: Part-time (20 hours per week)

The main goal of the activity: Through psychological assessment / diagnosis and intervention, rehabilitation, psycho-education of the project's beneficiary children and their parents, and assistance in the development of various skills, including psycho-emotional and childcare skills.

Main functions and responsibilities: - Psychodiagnostics of each beneficiary and identification of their psychological needs; - Development of an individual development plan for each beneficiary based on the results of psychodiagnostics; - Conducting individual and / or group therapy for beneficiaries based on the individual development plan; - Development of skills in adolescents and children through art, music, and play therapy, which are necessary for the beneficiaries' full-fledged psycho-social functioning; - Conducting personality-developing exercises (volitional, cognitive, emotional, communication) and relaxation activities for children; conducting individual therapy with children as needed; - Visiting families in special cases; - Maintaining relevant documentation during work with beneficiaries; - Developing a work plan, preparing reports on the work done, and submitting them to the project coordinator.
