LLC "University Altbridge" announces an open competition for academic positions in the following areas:

Business and Administration Academically: a) Professor - 2 (two) vacant positions; b) Associate Professor - 5 (five) vacant positions; c) Assistant Professor - 5 (five) vacant positions; Professionally: a) Associate Professor - 4 (four) vacant positions; b) Assistant Professor - 2 (two) vacant positions;

Public Relations Academically: a) Professor - 2 (two) vacant positions; b) Associate Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions; c) Assistant Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions; Professionally: a) Associate Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions; b) Assistant Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions;

Psychology Academically: a) Professor - 2 (two) vacant positions; b) Associate Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions; c) Assistant Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions; Professionally: a) Associate Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions; b) Assistant Professor - 3 (three) vacant positions;

English Philology/Anglistics Academically: a) Associate Professor - 1 (one) vacant position; b) Assistant Professor - 1 (one) vacant position; Professionally: a) Associate Professor - 1 (one) vacant position; b) Assistant Professor - 1 (one) vacant position;

Qualification Requirements:

Academically: 1. For the position of Professor: a) A person with a doctoral or equivalent academic degree and at least 6 years of experience in scientific-pedagogical work; b) A person who has published at least 3 (three) scientific articles in highly indexed international scientific journals in the last 5 (five) years, or is a co-author of such publications, in the direction of the relevant course topics; c) A person with experience in developing a relevant course (syllabus);

2. For the position of Associate Professor: a) A person with a doctoral or equivalent academic degree and at least 3 years of experience in scientific-pedagogical work; b) A person who has published scientific publications (in the last 5 years) in the direction of the relevant course topics, or is a co-author of such publications; c) A person with experience in developing a relevant course (syllabus).

3. The following can be elected to the position of Assistant Professor: a) A person with a doctoral or equivalent academic degree; b) A person who has published (within the last 5 years) scientific publications in the field of the relevant course or courses, or is a co-author of such publications; c) A person with experience in developing a relevant course syllabus.

By Professional Characteristics

1. The following qualification requirements are established for the academic position of Associate Professor (by professional characteristics): a) An academic degree of at least Master's; b) Relevant professional experience in the field, which can be confirmed as follows: b.a) At least 5 years of work experience in the relevant field (the content of practical activities can be specified based on the specifics of the program); b.b) A publication in the relevant field (published within the last 5 years); b.c) At least 3 years of teaching experience at a higher education institution; c) Experience in developing a relevant course syllabus.

2. The following qualification requirements are established for the academic position of Assistant Professor (by professional characteristics): a) An academic degree of at least Master's; b) Relevant professional experience in the field, which can be confirmed by the following indicators: b.a) At least 3 years of work experience in the relevant field (the content of practical activities can be specified based on the specifics of the program); b.b) A publication in the relevant field (published within the last 5 years) or at least 1 year of teaching experience at a higher education institution.

Applicants for English-language programs are required to have a B2 level of English proficiency. They must submit a document confirming their language proficiency or take a test at the university according to the established procedure.

The person wishing to take an academic position must submit the following documents: - Application for participation in the competition (see Annex N1); - Applicant's CV in Georgian (see Annex N2); - Copy of the identity card; - 1 photo of 3x4 size; (both electronically and in printed form) - Document confirming proficiency in English at B2 level; - Copy of the document(s) confirming academic degree (foreign qualifications must be recognized by the National Center for the Development of Education Quality); - Document(s) confirming experience in pedagogical/scientific/professional activities; - Syllabus/syllabi of the academic course corresponding to the competitive position; - List of published works, textbooks, monographs, articles published in the last 5 years or copies; - Certificate of no criminal record (According to Article 32, paragraph 2 of the Georgian Law on Higher Education, a person convicted of a crime against sexual freedom and integrity under the Georgian Law on Combating Crimes against Sexual Freedom and Integrity cannot be employed in a higher education institution, and/or a person who has been deprived of the right to work in an educational institution by a court decision). - Any other documentation that allows the applicant to be evaluated by additional criteria, documents confirming received awards, certificates, and others.
