Electrical Works Brigade Leader

LLC "Orbi Group Tbilisi" is seeking an Electrical Works Brigade Leader to lead the electrical team and ensure effective organization, high-quality and timely execution of work, as well as compliance with safety standards.

Work conditions: Work schedule: Full-time Workplace: Tbilisi, Al. Kazbegi Avenue (construction site)

Key responsibilities: - Manage the electrical team and organize daily work; - Distribute tasks among team members considering their experience and competencies; - Monitor work processes and team productivity; - Organize and supervise electrical installation works; - Ensure that work is performed in accordance with approved drawings, technical documentation, and project specifications; - Determine the necessary materials, tools, equipment, and other resources before starting work; - Coordinate the process of receiving and issuing materials with the warehouse team; - Perform primary quality control of completed work and ensure timely elimination of identified defects; - Coordinate work processes with other construction directions; - Plan daily work and monitor progress; - Prepare daily and periodic reports, including monthly IPC; - Ensure timely response to power outages, electrical faults, and other emergency situations; - Ensure the electrical team's readiness to respond to 24/7 or emergency situations, depending on project needs; - Control the availability and proper use of PPE for employees; - Control the team's compliance with HSE requirements and labor safety standards; - Coordinate the mobilization of additional workforce and resources if necessary; - Plan and coordinate employee leave considering project schedules and personnel needs.

Qualification requirements: - At least 3 years of experience in electrical work; - Experience in performing and supervising electrical installation works on construction sites; - Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation; - Experience in managing an electrical team and effectively distributing work; - Knowledge of planning and controlling electrical materials, tools, and equipment; - Knowledge of HSE requirements and labor safety standards; - High sense of responsibility and organization; - Ability to quickly identify problems and make effective decisions; - Teamwork and effective communication skills.
