Responsibilities: - Detailed consultation of insured persons; - Receiving and settling claims on auto insurance products; - Returning responses to clients within the standard-defined deadlines; - Receiving, registering insured persons' documents, and introducing solutions to them; - Making decisions on insurance compensation within the delegation limits and ensuring the correct execution of the process; - Timely response to cases outside the delegation limits; - Constantly caring about increasing customers' loyalty; - Ensuring the proper functioning of the compensation system; - Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements: - Higher education; - Knowledge of automotive market trends will be considered an advantage; - Experience working in the insurance and service sectors will be considered an advantage; - Proficiency in English and/or Russian, with particularly important oral communication skills; - Ability to work on a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office); - Ability to work in a stressful environment;
