Barista

"Ayanoma" is a Japanese concept coffee house located on Rustaveli Avenue. Our goal is to create one of the most distinctive spaces in Georgia and enrich the daily lives of locals by introducing authentic Japanese hand-drip coffee, contributing to the development of art, culture, and public life in Georgia.

We are looking for people who want to be part of this project in the long term - for whom this is not a temporary job, but a shared cause to grow with.

Job Title: Barista Location: Tbilisi, Rustaveli Avenue Working days: Every day

Main responsibilities: - Warmly welcome guests and provide high-quality service; - In-depth knowledge of the menu, provide recommendations to guests and present products; - Share coffee culture and introduce the concept of "Ayanoma"; - Receive orders and serve guests; - Prepare coffee, other beverages, and simple food products according to brand standards; - Maintain high standards of service and warm, professional communication with guests; - Ensure the aesthetic order and cleanliness of the workspace and cafe environment.

Qualification requirements:

- Love for coffee: The candidate must regularly consume coffee and genuinely share an interest in coffee culture; - Long-term collaboration: We are looking for team members who want to be part of the project for a long time and contribute to the development of the brand; - Strong motivation for learning and development: We will teach you hand-drip techniques, coffee culture, and high standards of service; - Skills: communicativeness, politeness, punctuality, organization, and high sense of responsibility; - Languages: knowledge of Georgian (perfectly) and English (at least B1); - Experience: experience in the field will be considered an advantage.
