LLC "Avers Clinic" announces a tender for the purchase of a dermatological fractional laser.

Interested candidates must indicate the following information in their tender proposal: - The name of the device, price, technical characteristics (parameters) to be presented in accordance with the form attached to this announcement - The cost of the device to be delivered* (the cost must be indicated including all taxes provided for by the legislation of Georgia), which must also include the cost of transportation to the place of delivery; - Payment terms for the cost; - Delivery deadline; - Warranty conditions, term; deadline for correcting defects during the warranty period; - Service maintenance conditions; - Country of origin of the device;

The company that wins the tender, within 3 (three) calendar days from the date of signing the contract, in the case of an advance, will be required to present to the buyer an acceptable bank/insurance company guarantee - in the amount of the advance amount.

For participation in the tender, interested candidates must submit the following documents through the eTenders.ge electronic system by September 8, 2026, 15:00: - Bidder's requisites: company identification number, email address and contact phone number, copy of the identity document of the responsible person, bank requisites; - A fully completed form containing technical characteristics - Annex #1 must be submitted, necessarily in Excel format. - Prospectus (electronic version) - Signed affidavit in the form of Annex №2; - List of similar equipment supplied by the bidder over the past two years and two buyer recommendations; - The submitted documentation must be signed by the bidder's authorized person.

The bidder may be required to submit the following additional documentation at the buyer's request: - An extract from the register of entrepreneurs and non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities on the person's registration (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days); - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no reorganization or liquidation of the legal person is underway (the information preparation date should not be more than 14 days); - A certificate from the National Agency of Public Registry that no public law restrictions have been registered on the property of the legal person (the information preparation date should not be more than 7 days);

A certificate issued by a banking institution (confirmed with a wet seal and signature) about the company's requisites; Note: A tenderer who has participated in a tender held by LLC "Aversi Clinic" within the last 2 months and has submitted the above-mentioned documents is not required to submit the specified documentation additionally to participate in this tender, except for a list of similar goods supplied by the tenderer, recommendations from at least two purchasing entities, an affidavit, Annex #1, and a catalog. This exception does not apply to a tenderer whose data has changed during the specified period.

At the buyer's request, at any stage of the tender, tenderers may also be required to submit additional documents. Failure to comply with the requirements established by the tender announcement may be the basis for disqualifying the tenderer from the tender.
