Music Teacher for Day Center for People with Disabilities

(a)ip "Child, Family, Society" announces a competition for the vacant position of Music Teacher for the Day Center for People with Disabilities.

Main functions and responsibilities:

** Develops an annual work plan considering the psycho-somatic abilities of beneficiaries; ** Ensures that center events are held at least 4 times a year with the participation of parents;

** Conducts music lessons with beneficiaries twice a week using music therapy elements;

** Ensures the involvement of beneficiaries in the music therapy process;

** Creates a positive mood for beneficiaries;

** Promotes the motivation of beneficiaries to participate in the therapy process;

** Selects music therapy sessions according to the individual needs of children;

** Ensures a safe environment and adheres to safety norms during sessions;

** Monitors the involvement and motivation of beneficiaries;

** Collaborates with special teachers and program managers in planning and implementing group activities;

** Makes records in the individual plans of beneficiaries;

** Evaluates the progress of beneficiaries and effectively uses the evaluation results for planning future sessions;

** Maintains a positive attitude towards all beneficiaries, regardless of their gender, social, ethnic, religious, linguistic, cultural differences, and physical abilities;

** Protects the personal and confidential information of employees, beneficiaries, their family members, and any information received during the implementation of work; ** Performs assigned tasks and functions within the deadline.

Work schedule: by agreement

Qualification requirements:

** Musical education;

** Experience working in relevant specialty (desirable);

** Knowledge of office computer programs (WORD, EXCEL, INTERNET) at the user level;

** Responsibility, communicativeness, punctuality;

** Organizational skills, collegiality.

Skills:

** Analytical and logical problem-solving skills;

** Ability to work in a team;

** Ability to organize and plan activities;

** Sense of responsibility;

** Motivation.

Additional information:
