Supermarket General Manager

“Fresco” supermarket network is announcing a vacancy for the position of Supermarket General Manager and invites motivated and energetic individuals to join our team!

Remuneration: according to qualification. Working hours: 10:00 - 19:00 / Day off: Saturday - Sunday ( two Saturdays per month )

Requirements: - Experience in a similar field - Ability to manage problematic situations - Knowledge of employee work schedules, job descriptions, and management structure - Knowledge of established customer service standards - Ability to organize and manage work processes.

Responsibilities: - Responsible for the implementation of the set trade plan. Presents the plan to all employees of the trading object and organizes their work to achieve the plan. - Responsible for the cash, goods, and other valuables available in the supermarket. - Must comply with the norms of commodity losses and write-offs. - Responsible for the correct production of documentation and reports. - Monitors the operability of the equipment available on the object, commodity balances necessary for a continuous work process. - Must provide timely information about existing problems in the supermarket to the relevant service. - Performs various tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor. - Must comply with all orders/internal instructions of the company that relate to his/her activities.
