HR Specialist

Master Coffee is the official distributor of Jacobs in Georgia and the owner of the COFFEESTA cafe chain. The company offers a wide range of coffee beans, including CARTE NOIRE, JACOBS, PIAZZA DORO, and L'OR, as well as coffee machines from Franke, Schaerer, Astoria, Saeco, and Dr. Coffee.

We are looking for a motivated and responsible HR Specialist to manage the full cycle of recruitment, coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, and support HR administrative processes.

Work schedule: Full-time (Monday to Friday); Working hours: 10:00-18:00; Work location: Tbilisi, D. Sarajishvili Avenue;

Key responsibilities: - Determine the company's staffing needs in collaboration with relevant managers; - Prepare job postings and place them in relevant channels; - Manage the full cycle of recruitment, from candidate search to selection and employment; - Select and review resumes, and conduct initial interviews; - Coordinate interviews with selected candidates and relevant managers; - Communicate with candidates and maintain a candidate database; - Organize and coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes; - Maintain and update employee personal files and HR documentation; - Ensure the accuracy and timely update of employee data; - Administer the SELF HR system; - Ensure effective communication with employees.

Requirements: - At least 2-3 years of experience in HR/Recruitment is required; - Practical experience in managing the full cycle of recruitment; - Knowledge of onboarding and offboarding processes; - Experience in maintaining HR documentation; - Familiarity with Georgian labor laws and regulations; - Proficiency in office software; - Experience working with HR systems;
