Head Chef

Unique tourist complex Eco House Merisi, located in the mountains of Adjara, in the Keda municipality, is looking for a Head Chef to join our team. Our project is not just a recreational place, but a real paradise that combines breathtaking views, design approach, comfort and creative atmosphere. The complex operates all year round and has a stable load. Now we are actively expanding and building new cottages - and accordingly, we are expanding our team.

Responsibilities: - Production and update of technological cards - Creation of new dishes and participation in menu compilation - Control of hygiene and sanitary norms - Organization and monitoring of the cooking process - Training and coordination of cooks - Timely and high-quality preparation and delivery of dishes - Inventory and accounting of balances - Control of storage periods and minimization of losses

Requirements: - Experience of working in a similar position or as a sous chef for at least 2 years - Knowledge of technological processes and sanitary norms - Leadership qualities, responsibility, attention to details - A driver's license and a personal car are desirable (it will be more convenient to get to the site)

Terms: - Schedule: 15-20 shifts per month - Salary: from 170 GEL per day, considered individually. Formula: basic salary + bonuses (based on the results of the interview) - Location: Merisi village, Keda, Adjara - Accommodation and meals - provided - Career growth opportunities and participation in a unique project
