„Element Holding“ announces a vacancy for the position of Head of Construction Quality Control Department.

Work location: Tbilisi

Functions and responsibilities: Strategic management and implementation of standards: - Planning, management, and coordination of strategic and operational activities of the Quality Control Department. - Development, implementation, and constant updating of the company's quality policy, standards, and procedures. - Ensuring compliance with regulations, construction norms, and standards (ISO, local legislation, etc.) applicable to construction sites. - Coordination, redistribution, and monitoring of the performance of department employees;

Monitoring and inspection of objects: - Systematic inspection of construction and installation works' quality at all stages of the project. - Control of the quality of construction materials and products used, verification of conformity certificates and laboratory test results. - Control of compliance of construction and installation works with project documentation, technical requirements, and applicable construction norms; - Conducting inspections at construction sites as needed. - Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions.

Defect management and prevention: - Identification, recording, and monitoring of construction defects, deviations, and poorly performed works. - Analysis of the causes of defects and development of preventive measures.

Team management and communication: - Effective leadership of the team of quality control engineers and inspectors and distribution of tasks. - Close cooperation with project managers, chief engineers, subcontractors, and supervisory bodies. - Preparation of periodic reports on quality control for the company's top management.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in construction or engineering; - At least 5 years of experience in the construction sector, including at least 2 years in a leadership position; - Experience in construction quality control, technical supervision, or inspection; - Good knowledge of construction norms and technical regulations; - Ability to read and analyze project documentation and technical drawings; - Good knowledge of MS Office; - Knowledge of AutoCAD (ArchiCAD is considered an advantage);
