"Bene Comfort" is announcing a vacancy for the position of a Universal Technician.

Working conditions:

• Working hours: Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM;
• Workplace: Tbilisi;
• Salary: according to qualification

Responsibilities:

• Monitoring and regular inspection of technical devices and systems in residential complexes;
• Identifying emerging problems, analyzing causes, and responding promptly;
• Eliminating technical faults independently or in coordination with specialists as needed;
• Conducting preventive work to prevent malfunctions;
• Producing technical documentation (problem descriptions, records of work performed);
• Providing technical assistance to employees in daily activities;
• Ensuring safety standards in technical work.

Required skills and competencies:

• Ability to quickly identify and diagnose technical problems;
• Logical and analytical approach to problem-solving;
• Attention to detail and high concentration;
• Sense of responsibility and accuracy in work.

Qualification requirements:

• Technical education (secondary vocational or higher);
• At least 1 year of experience in the technical field.
