"Cargo Polo" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Regional Head of Adjara.

"Cargo Polo" is a high-tech American logistics company specializing in complex transportation of vehicles / special equipment / other movable assets. The service includes providing all necessary services to interested customers: sharing access to purchasing platforms, land transportation (to the warehouse) in America, cargo storage in America, consolidation, container transportation to the desired port, expediting services at the receiving port, brokering, post-expediting land transportation to the final delivery point, cargo insurance, etc. The company operates in 17 key countries: Georgia, Ukraine, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Poland, Germany, Lithuania, Romania, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Oman, Jordan, Libya, Nigeria. In 2023, the first office was opened in Georgia/Tbilisi, as the Georgian direction, as a transport corridor, is currently the most important due to the existing difficulties in logistics.

Key responsibilities: - Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team; - Assess the quality of employees' work and promote their development; - Plan, monitor, and analyze sales strategic goals and results; - Develop effective strategies focused on revenue growth and market share; - Conduct market research and analyze the competitive environment; - Evaluate the effectiveness of sales initiatives and improve them as needed; - Manage CRM processes and customer experience; - Close collaboration with marketing, finance, and other departments; - Prepare regular reports for senior management.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education (in Business Administration, Marketing, or Economics); - At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position; - High-level proficiency in English and Russian; - Advanced knowledge of MS Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); - Experience working with Copart, IAAI, or other automotive auctions is desirable. - Ability to manage and motivate a team; - Strategic and critical thinking; - Delegation and effective planning skills; - High negotiation and presentation skills; - Result-oriented and initiative approach.

Working conditions: Compensation: 1000 USD equivalent in GEL (payment will be made in national currency) + bonus system; Working hours: Monday - Friday, 10:00-18:00 Location - Batumi, Parnavaz Mepe #121.
