Professional Product Consultant

"ICC Georgia" represents international brands and professional products in the professional confectionery and HoReCa sectors in Georgia, used daily by confectioners, chefs, pastry shops, restaurants, and hotels.

Our activity is not just about selling products.

We create a professional environment where product, knowledge, and experience meet - we conduct trainings and professional masterclasses and host world-class chefs and confectioners in Georgia.

The "ICC Georgia" team needs a new member - a Professional Product Consultant.

As a consultant with us, you don't just sell products.

Our customers are confectioners, chefs, baristas, restaurants, hotels, pastry shops, and people interested in high-quality products. Therefore, it's essential for us that customers leave the store not just with a product but with the right choice.

What will you do with us?

Your daily tasks will be:

** Communicating with customers and identifying their needs;

** Offering professional confectionery and HoReCa products;

** Explaining the differences between various products;

** Finding the right alternative for customers;

** Constantly getting familiar with new products and learning;

** Receiving orders and managing the sales process;

** Performing cash operations;

** Properly placing products in the store and taking care of them (controlling expiration dates, maintaining cleanliness, applying stickers, weighing products).

Who are we looking for?

A person who:

** Communicates well and freely with people;

** Doesn't wait for the customer to approach and can initiate communication;

** Is interested in gastronomy, confectionery, culinary arts, or HoReCa;

** Can learn and memorize a lot of new information;

** Takes responsibility for details;

** Is organized and likes an organized work environment;

** Speaks English.

** Perceives sales not as "offering" a product but as finding the right solution for the customer and building a long-term working relationship with them.

Experience in the confectionery sector is a significant advantage but not a requirement.

If you're genuinely interested in the field and willing to learn, we'll teach you about products and brands.

What will you learn at ICC Georgia?

This is not a position where you'll be given a price list on your first day and told to "start selling".

With us, you'll gradually get familiar with professional products, their usage, differences, and purpose.

You'll work with international professional brands and, over time, be able to help customers not just as a salesperson but as a product-savvy consultant.

We're particularly interested in you if:

** You have experience in confectionery, baking, cafes, restaurants, HoReCa, or specialized stores;

** Or you don't have experience yet, but the confectionery/gastronomic field genuinely interests you, and you want to develop professionally.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Employment: Full-time, 5 working days / 2 days off

Remuneration: Fixed salary of 1500 GEL + bonus
