Job Description What will you do? - Identify and measure the characteristics of the best experience; - Organize customer satisfaction surveys, analyze, and develop recommendations for the team; - Identify gaps in service and opportunities for improvement; - Work with Agile teams on customer experience issues; - Prepare reports and presentations for management review; - Ensure that in all decision-making processes, the customer's interest is considered first.

Qualifications You must have: - Higher education (a master's degree in business is desirable); - Project management experience (at least 1 year); - At least 3 years of experience working in sales, marketing, or customer care; - Knowledge of banking services specifics; - Basic Excel and statistical analysis skills; - Office software skills (MS Excel, Power Point, etc.); - English language skills.
