Housekeeper

Luxury Apartment Agency is announcing a vacancy for a Housekeeper position.

Main responsibilities - Daily and post-guest thorough cleaning of apartments according to the company's checklist and quality standards; - Making beds, changing linens and towels according to established rules; - Thorough cleaning and disinfection of bathrooms, sanitary units, kitchen areas, floors, and balconies; - Replenishing guest hygiene products, water, and other necessary supplies; - Final room check: cleanliness, smell, lighting, appliances, inventory, and overall visual condition; - Immediate notification of the administrator about any damage, malfunctions, or losses; - Accurate adherence to procedures for lost and found items, guest confidentiality, and property protection; - Safe, economical, and organized management of cleaning supplies, work inventory, and auxiliary spaces. - Control of cleanliness and order in the company's office and periodic office cleaning if necessary.

Qualification requirements

• High sense of responsibility, honesty, and discipline;
• Attention to detail, high cleanliness standards, and ability to complete tasks on time;
• Ability to work under physical load;
• Teamwork and effective communication skills with administrators;
• Experience in hotel or apartment cleaning will be considered an advantage; training is possible for those without experience;
• Knowledge of the Georgian language is required; basic knowledge of Russian or English will be considered an advantage.
