Medical Service Support Manager

Schedule: Full-time and part-time Work location: Tbilisi, Bochoriшвили Street 88/15

Remuneration system: The system changes in the company according to work experience and provides a fixed salary and an annual bonus. Fixed accrued (Gross) salary (full-time): - 1250 GEL (0-6 months of experience) - 1500 GEL (6-12 months of experience) - 1750 GEL (12-24 months of experience) - 2000 GEL (24 months and more experience)

Fixed accrued (Gross) salary (part-time): - 750 GEL (0-3 months of experience) - 1000 GEL (3 months and more experience)

Responsibilities: - Organizing medical services for the client and fully supporting the process; - Receiving external phone calls related to medical services; - Providing information to the client based on the content of the call; - Planning a visit for the client with a personal doctor or relevant specialist and issuing the appropriate referral, adhering to the conditions of the insurance contract; - Redirecting the client to the relevant medical institution in urgent cases, as needed, and managing the process until the case is completed; - Making outgoing calls to clients; - Serving clients through other communication channels of the company (e.g., FB chat); - Working with the company's insurance program for information search and recording purposes; - Other tasks and responsibilities as requested.

Requirements: - Higher medical education or student (medicine, dentistry, healthcare, pharmacy, and other related specialties); - Proficiency in Georgian and English/Russian (oral communication skills are particularly important); - Experience working in the medical and/or insurance sector will be considered an advantage; - Ability to work with a computer and knowledge of office programs (MS Office); - Organizational skills and sense of responsibility.
