Agency Relationship Manager / B2B

Construction and development company "Like House" (https://www.likehouse.ge/) is announcing a vacancy for the position of Agency Relationship (B2B) Manager in Batumi.

Key Responsibilities: - Finding new sales agents and agencies for real estate sales; - Establishing long-term relationships with the company's sales agents (partners), regular meetings, events, and trainings; - Regularly updating the company's sales agents/partners database; - Training partners to work with the company's projects; - Informing partners about new products - presentations, trainings, and consultations; - Maintaining, updating, and monitoring contract terms with existing partners; - Reflecting the sales process of agencies in the CRM system; - Participating in developing and executing a strategy to attract partners; - Performing various tasks assigned by the direct supervisor to increase sales.

Requirements: - Perfect knowledge of English and Russian languages; - Knowledge of office programs (MS Office). - Experience in sales, especially in the real estate sector, is considered an advantage.
