Medical company Geo-Medi is announcing a vacancy for an Operator position.

We are looking for a communicative, responsible, and organized employee who will ensure effective communication with patients and provide accurate information about the company's services.

Main responsibilities: - Receiving incoming phone calls; - Providing patients with information about Geo-Medi's services; - Receiving and registering calls and service orders in the relevant program; - Correct and complete recording of information provided by the patient; - Redirecting information to the relevant employee when necessary; - Communicating with patients on issues related to the service process;

Qualification requirements: - Fluent Georgian speech and written communication skills; - Good computer skills; - Responsibility, attention, and organization; - Ability to communicate kindly and politely; - Ability to work effectively in a stressful environment; - Experience working in the medical field or customer service will be considered an advantage.
