What do we offer? - Hourly pay based on hours worked; - Full-time: 1450–1875 GEL (salary + fixed bonus, including taxes); - Night shift (23:00–06:00) - 75% increased hourly rate; - Overtime work - 50% increased pay; - Working on an official day off - double pay; - Guaranteed salary increase every 3 months; - Bonus twice a year - 75% of average monthly salary. - Day off on your birthday + 8 hours' pay;
