Operations Manager in Tbilisi

Sparkle is looking for an Operations Manager in Tbilisi.

We clean apartments and offices. I personally oversee Batumi, while you will be in charge of Tbilisi: team, schedule, quality, and clients.

What does this mean in practice: - Recruiting, training, and retaining cleaning staff - Creating daily schedules and routes by district to minimize travel time - Quality control: maintaining one standard, on-site inspections, and rapid response to complaints - Working with clients: assessing objects, calculating prices, and securing repeat orders - Keeping track of inventory and cleaning supplies, and replenishing them in a timely manner - Maintaining accurate cash handling and providing weekly reports to me

What we expect: - Experience in people management: cleaning, hotel, restaurant, retail, or a similar field - Knowledge of Tbilisi: districts, transportation, and realistic travel times between locations - Georgian is mandatory, Russian or English are a significant advantage - Ability to work independently, as I am based in Batumi and you will make daily decisions - Responsibility with finances, client keys, and trust
