Cashier

The Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction announces a vacancy for the position of Cashier in Tbilisi, in the Financial Reporting and Program Management Department.

The Center for Mental Health and Prevention of Addiction is a leading state medical institution in the field, which plays a significant role in the medical sector. It works on both outpatient and inpatient treatment in the field of mental health and addiction prevention. It implements state programs in both psychiatric and narcological fields. Basic requirements: - Professional or higher education; - Experience working in a similar position is desirable;

Basic responsibilities: - Receiving and issuing money in the cash desk only in national currency. - When receiving money in the cash desk, formalizing the cash receipt order and the cash register check. - Writing out, signing, and ensuring the numbering of income and expenditure orders. - Confirming the received amount, transferring the relevant document to the submitter, and reflecting operations in the accounting program. - Depositing funds into the company's bank account based on the cash register's Z-report. - Daily comparison and control of Z-reports and program records. - Performing cash disbursement operations and producing relevant settlements.

Personal competencies/skills: - High sense of responsibility; - Motivation; - Orientation towards the work to be performed and details; - Ability to communicate correctly and politely; - Basic knowledge of computer programs; - Ability to work in a team;
