Customer Service Manager / Night Shift

Ridetech Georgia LLC is announcing a vacancy for the position of: Customer Service Manager / Night Shift

Main Responsibilities Consultation before booking - Providing information about the technical characteristics of available vehicles. - Explaining insurance conditions (what is included in the insurance and how to add full insurance). - Providing information about driver requirements (age, driving experience, required documents). - Clarifying mileage limits and geographical restrictions (allowed regions and movement boundaries).

Support during the booking process - Managing issues related to delays in vehicle delivery or cancellation of bookings. - Handling complaints related to the vehicle's condition (dirty interior, technical malfunctions). - Resolving conflict situations that arise with representatives of rental companies.

Support after the booking is completed - Investigating cases of non-refundable deposits by rental companies. - Providing information about fines imposed by rental companies and explaining the corresponding amounts. - Recording negative feedback from customers and escalating it to the relevant teams.

Alternative vehicle selection - Using the Car Finder platform (an internal tool for support) to search for alternative vehicles if the initially selected option is not available. - Agreeing on alternative models with the customer, taking into account their budget and requirements.

Booking management - Extending the rental period through the administrative panel. - Changing the dates and times of vehicle pick-up and return, and adjusting the corresponding cost.

Financial support - Adjusting the rental cost through the administrative panel (discounts, promo codes, etc.). - Calculating and agreeing on compensations to be covered by Yango Drive with the customer.

Work schedule: - 21:00 – 09:00
