Tourinvest Group is announcing a vacancy for an IT Support position

Job Description: IT Support is responsible for the daily technical support of employees, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer and network infrastructure, timely troubleshooting, management of user access and IT security, as well as control over server systems and data backup.

Key Responsibilities: - Daily technical support for users (Helpdesk) and timely resolution of issues. - Assembly, diagnostics, and configuration of computers and peripheral devices. - Installation, update, optimization, and configuration of Windows operating systems. - Management of local area networks (LAN/Wi-Fi), routers, switches, and IP addresses to ensure smooth operation. - Management of user rights, access, and password changes (Active Directory). - Monitoring of antivirus systems and compliance with security standards. - Oversight of basic server infrastructure and periodic verification of data backups (Backup).

Requirements: - Experience working in IT support. - Knowledge of network technologies (TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN/Wi-Fi). - Good knowledge of Windows OS and hardware. - High sense of responsibility, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
