Responsibilities: - Actively present the company's service portfolio to potential corporate clients (B2B) and ensure the attraction of new clients. - Create new opportunities for cooperation through cold calls and expand the client base. - Conduct professional meetings with clients, negotiate, and manage the process of contract signing. - Establish and maintain long-term, reliable, and mutually beneficial business relationships (emotional connections) with clients. - Analyze client claims and needs, and implement strategies to turn them into successful sales. - Fulfill established sales plans and prepare periodic reports.
Requirements: - Higher education (desirable). - At least 2 years of active work experience in sales (experience in the logistics or transportation sector will be considered an advantage). - Russian language: fluent (spoken and written). - Georgian language: fluent (spoken and written). - English language: at least intermediate level (B1/B2) – ability for business communication. - Ability to work in a communicative, convincing, stress-resistant, and result-oriented manner. - Constantly working on self-improvement, ambitious, and focused on development.
