Architectural company ADG announces a vacancy for the position of: Architect

We are looking for an experienced Architect to engage in the full cycle of preparation of competitive projects - from concept to presentation documentation. The position is designed for a professional with experience of independent work and ability to develop a project to a high standard. Preference will be given to those with advanced knowledge of D5 Render or Lumion and experience in preparing technical drawings.

Main responsibilities: - Development and refinement of architectural concept - Processing of architectural part of the project - 3D modeling and preparation of materials for visualization - Control of project standards and quality

Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture - At least 3 years of work experience - Advanced knowledge of Archicad - Advanced knowledge of D5 Render or Lumion - Proficiency in Ai tools - 3D modeling and presentation skills - Knowledge of construction norms and details - Responsibility, analytical thinking, and time management skills - Strong perception of space, materials, and composition

Desirable: - Experience working on municipal or multi-functional projects - Knowledge of rendering programs (D5 Render, Lumion, etc.)
