Insurance company "Unison" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Marketing Manager.

Key responsibilities: - Planning, organizing, coordinating, and monitoring the execution of marketing projects and campaigns; - Receiving, prioritizing, allocating resources, managing, and controlling the execution of marketing requests from internal departments; - Ensuring the protection of the company's brand standards, visual identity, and communication policy; - Planning and coordinating marketing materials, content, PR activities, events, and partnership projects; - Managing and coordinating the administration of the company's website, updating information, monitoring functionality, and development processes; - Monitoring the execution of digital marketing directions, including Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, and other activities, evaluating results, and coordinating with relevant specialists; - Coordinating CRM processes, customer segmentation, Email/SMS campaigns, and initiatives to improve customer experience; - Ensuring effective cooperation with external agencies, partners, and suppliers, and controlling the quality of work performed; - Evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities, monitoring KPIs, preparing reports, and submitting recommendations for improvement; - Analyzing the market, competitive environment, and customer behavior, and offering relevant development initiatives; - Managing marketing processes, work standards, and documentation, and constantly improving them; - Effective collaboration with other departments to achieve the company's business goals.

Qualification Requirements - Higher education in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field; - At least 3-5 years of experience working in marketing; - Experience in planning, coordinating, and managing marketing campaigns; - Experience in administering the company's website, updating content, and managing development processes; - Good knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Google Analytics (GA4), etc.) and the ability to evaluate their results; - Knowledge of basic SEO principles and website optimization processes; - Ability to coordinate the activities of a digital marketing agency, Advertiser, and Digital Marketing Specialist, and to evaluate the work performed; - Experience working with CRM systems, Email Marketing, and customer segmentation processes will be considered an advantage; - Experience in analyzing marketing data, monitoring KPIs, and preparing reports; - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace programs.
