Functions and Responsibilities:
- Comparison of project documentation and BOQs with cost estimate data, including identification of discrepancies under the supervision of a senior specialist;
- Participation in preparing initial estimates for clients and the financial team;
- Active monitoring and research of engineering/installation material prices in both local and international markets;
- Participation in preparing and reviewing tender documentation;
- Participation in adjusting pre-contract estimates based on recommendations from the technical department and project managers.
Basic Requirements:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel
- Knowledge of English
