ProCredit Bank announces a vacancy for a Quality Assurance Specialist (Middle / Senior QA) position - Web Applications and Core Systems.

Key responsibilities: - Planning, executing, and evaluating the testing of web applications and Core systems; - Analyzing business, functional, and non-functional requirements, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria from a testing perspective; - Analyzing complex business processes, identifying testing risks, blockers, and dependencies, and communicating them timely to relevant stakeholders; - Creating, updating, and supporting Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Checklists; - Conducting functional, Smoke, Regression, Exploratory, End-to-End, and Integration testing; - Planning, executing, and evaluating the testing of web applications and Core systems in different environments; - Testing APIs and validating data when necessary; - Fully reflecting testing results, statuses, and evidence in the test management system; - Identifying, documenting, prioritizing, registering, and validating the correction of discovered defects; - Active participation in Agile/Scrum processes and effective collaboration with developers, business analysts, product owners, and other stakeholders; - Participating in assessing the version prepared for release and quality assurance processes before and after the program launch; - Actively engaging in improving testing processes, standards, and best practices, sharing knowledge, and developing a quality culture; - Complying with the bank's internal policies, information security requirements, and confidentiality rules; - Performing other tasks assigned by management within your competence.

Requirements: - At least 3-5 years of practical experience in manual testing of software; - At least 2 years of experience in testing web applications and/or Core systems; - Experience working in an Agile/Scrum or Kanban environment; - Practical experience in the entire software testing life cycle (STLC);

Essential Technical Knowledge - Practical experience in testing web applications and/or core systems; - Experience in functional, Smoke, Regression, Exploratory, Integration, and End-to-End testing; - Practical experience in preparing Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Checklists; - Knowledge of Test Case Design techniques and testing best practices; - Experience in testing REST APIs (using Postman or similar tools); - SQL knowledge for data validation; - Experience in using Browser Developer Tools; - Experience working with Jira and Test Management systems; - Experience in high-quality defect analysis, documentation, and prioritization; - Ability to identify testing risks and determine Test Coverage based on requirements;

Desirable Knowledge and Experience - Practical experience in using AI tools to improve the testing process, test design, analysis, and workflow efficiency; - Experience in testing financial or banking systems will be considered an advantage; - Knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, JSON/XML data formats, and Web Services operation principles; - Knowledge of Performance, Security, or Accessibility testing principles; - Knowledge of test automation principles or experience working with automation tools will be considered an advantage; - ISTQB Foundation Level or other relevant professional certificates.
