Cashier - Merchandiser

The "Fix Price" retail chain has been successfully operating on the Georgian market for 10 years, offering customers a wide range of products, including food, household chemicals, home decor, textiles, and more.

Currently, the company has 10 branches in Tbilisi, Rustavi, and Batumi, and continues to expand, opening new branches in various cities, including Kutaisi.

In connection with the opening of a new branch, the "Fix Price" retail chain is announcing a vacancy for a Cashier-Merchandiser position in Kutaisi. We are looking for a responsible, intelligent, quick, energetic, and balanced team member.

Job Responsibilities - Creating a pleasant environment for customers; - Controlling expiration dates of products at the cash register; - Promoting sales growth; - Maintaining cleanliness and order; - Complying with company rules; - Mathematical and analytical thinking; - Controlling cash and non-cash settlements; - Correct processing of terminal transactions; - Providing fast, high-quality, and polite customer service; - Knowledge of product location, assortment, and quality indicators; - Participating in various activities to increase customer numbers and achieve sales targets; - Executing instructions from company administration and direct supervisor. - Displaying and arranging products in the trading floor. - Maintaining order and cleanliness in the section; - Controlling product expiration dates - Providing fast, high-quality, and polite customer service; - Knowledge of product location, assortment, and quality indicators; - Participating in various activities to increase customer numbers and achieve sales targets; - Executing instructions from company administration and direct supervisor;

Basic Requirements: - Correct and fluent speech; - Communicative and motivated; - Customer and service-oriented; - Ability to work independently and as part of a team; - High sense of responsibility; - Disciplined; - Punctual; - Polite

Qualification Requirements: - Knowledge of Russian and/or English at a conversational level is desirable. - Experience working in sales is desirable.

Work Schedule: 2+2 (two working days, two days off); Working Hours: 10:00-19:00; 10+1 (seven hours of work, one hour of break) Type of Payment: Hourly; Amount of Payment: 1000 GEL+.
