"Element Construction" announces a vacancy for the position of Architect.

Workplace: Tbilisi

Main responsibilities: - Creation of sketch projects - development of the concept and presentation of architectural ideas. - Preparation of architectural projects, taking into account the current legislation and normative requirements of Georgia. - Preparation of complete architectural drawings and detailed construction documentation, in close cooperation with adjacent specialists (engineers, constructors, designers). - Preparation and submission of permit documentation to the City Hall - ensuring compliance with the legislation at all stages of the project. - Development of working drawings, nodes, and technical details - to ensure a high-quality construction process. - Architectural supervision of the construction process - control of project compliance, from design to execution. - Effective cooperation with team members - development of innovative and practical architectural solutions.

Qualification requirements: - Higher education in the field of architecture; - At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the construction sector; - Knowledge of all current state regulations in this field, including knowledge of the architectural and urban legislation of Tbilisi; - Proficiency in professional computer programs: ArchiCAD, AutoCAD, Revit, 3D Max, Lumion; - Perfect knowledge of English; - Proficiency in Revit (considered an advantage).
