The wall and roof sandwich panel manufacturing company “Panex” announces a vacancy for a lawyer position in Rustavi.

Main duties and responsibilities: - Preparation/review of various types of documentation as per the company's needs; - Identification and response to legal risks; - Providing legal consultations to company employees, participation in negotiations; - Preparation of documentation and representation in relevant bodies to obtain necessary documentation/licenses or other required rights for the company's activities - Timely informing management about changes in the legislative base. - Studying various legal issues arising in the company and meeting/consulting with relevant persons; - Preparation, analysis and risk identification of internal regulations and contracts - Legal support for transactions and legal support for negotiations - Management of court and administrative cases. - Performance of additional tasks assigned by management within the scope of competence.

Basic qualification requirements: - Higher legal education; - At least 1 year of work experience in a similar position; - Knowledge of Georgian legislation; - Knowledge of computer and office programs; - Knowledge of Russian and English languages

Personal qualities: - Teamwork skills; - Result-oriented; - High sense of responsibility and accuracy in work

Additional information: - Salary: 1700 GEL (net); - Corporate insurance - Work location: Rustavi, 17th km of Tbilisi highway. - Work schedule: Full-time, 5 days a week.
