Project Manager

Work schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday, 10:00-18:00 Work location: Head office, Tbilisi, S. Tsinadze str. 12, Axis Business Center. Salary: According to experience and qualifications.

Main responsibilities: - Preparation of quantitative project cost estimates; - Project budgeting; - Preparation of work plan-schedules and identification of risks; - Workforce management; - Technical planning of ongoing construction works at the site; - Ensuring compliance with work plan-schedules and quality control; - Site logistics and supply chain management; - Cost control of malfunctions; - Formalization of acceptance and handover; - Preparation and formalization of Form N2; - Weekly reporting;

Mandatory requirements: - Experience in a similar position or in project management and/or construction supervision for at least 2 years; - Experience working on external facades. - Knowledge of office software; - Knowledge of foreign languages (desirable)
