Yasa Georgia LLC is a manufacturing company specializing in the production of high-precision aluminum components for the aerospace industry, including business-class aircraft seating systems. As part of the Yasa group, the company works with international partners and customers, maintaining high standards of quality, precision, and operational efficiency.

The Procurement Manager is responsible for ensuring the timely and cost-effective procurement of raw materials, production tools, spare parts, equipment, and services required for the company's manufacturing operations, while maintaining quality standards and ensuring uninterrupted production.

Main Responsibilities - Plan and coordinate purchasing activities based on production requirements, inventory levels, and delivery schedules. - Purchase raw materials, CNC cutting tools, spare parts, consumables, and other production-related supplies. - Identify, evaluate, and manage local and international suppliers. - Request and compare quotations, negotiate prices, payment terms, and delivery conditions. - Prepare and monitor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with approved budgets. - Maintain appropriate inventory levels and prevent material shortages or excessive stock. - Coordinate with Production, Quality, Warehouse, Finance, and Logistics departments. - Ensure the availability of material certificates, certificates of conformity, invoices, packing lists, and other required purchasing and shipping documents. - Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers regarding international shipments and import documentation. - Maintain accurate purchasing records and prepare regular reports on costs, deliveries, supplier performance, and procurement risks.

Qualifications and Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, or a related field. - Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in manufacturing. - Experience in international procurement, supplier negotiations, and import procedures. - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel; ERP experience is an advantage. - Good command of English and Georgian. - Good command of Turkish is an advantage, preferably at a professional working level. - Strong organizational, analytical, negotiation, and communication skills. - Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and work independently.

Starting salary from 2,500 GEL net per month.
