Hotel Manager

Askaneli Trademark Collection by Wyndham, an international brand's 45-room hotel in Kvareli, is announcing a vacancy for the position of Hotel Manager in Batumi.

The Hotel Manager is responsible for the full-scale management of the pre-opening process, implementation of brand standards, and ensuring operational readiness. After the hotel's opening, they will oversee daily operations, ensure financial results, guest satisfaction, employee development, and compliance with international brand standards.

Main responsibilities:

I. Pre-opening stage

Ensuring readiness for the opening of all operational areas of the hotel - reception, cleaning, beverages & food, spa, engineering, security, and others; Implementation and control of Wyndham brand operational standards, SOPs, and policies; Effective collaboration with representatives of the brand, owner, consultants, and other parties involved in the project; Coordination of the implementation and testing process of PMS, POS, and other operational systems; Participation in the process of recruiting the hotel team, ensuring employee training and operational preparation; Control of readiness for the opening of rooms, public spaces, F&B, SPA, and other operational areas; Identification of operational issues revealed before opening and coordination of their timely resolution; Organization of the hotel's opening in accordance with brand requirements and the approved plan.

II. Hotel management

After the hotel's opening, the General Manager is responsible for the effective operation of the facility, achieving financial results, satisfying guests and apartment owners, and constant compliance with international brand standards.

Main responsibilities include:

** Effective management of the hotel's daily operations;

** Ensuring high-quality guest service and brand standards;

** Coordinating the activities of all departments and improving efficiency;

** Managing financial results, budget, revenue, and expenses;

** Overseeing the implementation of sales and marketing strategies;

** Working to increase room revenue, ADR, RevPAR, and market share;

** Ensuring guest and apartment owner satisfaction and effective feedback management;

** Implementing control mechanisms, risk management, and compliance with legislation and brand requirements;

** Developing, evaluating, and motivating the executive team and department heads;

** Ensuring effective communication with apartment owners, overseeing revenue distribution, and controlling service quality;

** Managing relationships with owners, the brand, and other partners.

Requirements:

** At least 5 years of managerial experience in the hotel industry ** Experience working in a branded hotel will be considered an advantage ** Experience in hotel opening will be considered an advantage ** English language proficiency is mandatory, knowledge of other languages will be considered an advantage ** High-level proficiency in office software
