Pro for job seekers: make sure your application is read
findjobs.ge launches Pro for job seekers: for 10 ₾ a month, every application reaches the employer in full, near the top of their list. Applying stays free, and every subscription goes back into the site.
For job seekersDouble points weekends: every application sent on Saturday or Sunday counts twice
From 10 October, applications sent on weekends earn double points on the Candidate Highscores and the daily limit doubles to sixteen. Employer actions score as always.
For employersEmployer Highscores: the employers who answer now go first
findjobs.ge launches Employer Highscores: a Responsiveness Score out of 100 for how quickly employers open, answer and decide on applications. 80 or more earns a “Responsive” badge and lifts listings on the board; the top 10 each month win Pro days and bumps. Earned by answering people, never bought.
For job seekersCandidate Highscores: the most active job seekers now go first
findjobs.ge launches Candidate Highscores, a free monthly ranking of job seekers. The ten most active send in gold, pinned first in the employer’s inbox; everyone earns Gold Tickets. 1,062 applications in 30 days, 16 times our first week, and 10,676 live vacancies.
From nothing to 8,761 vacancies, and now on Mac and Android
On 4 August the board was empty. Seven weeks later: 8,761 live vacancies from 3,084 companies, 23,250 unique visitors in thirty days, and native apps for Mac and Android now in beta, with Windows and Ubuntu in work. Every figure checkable from the open stats endpoint.

Applying for a job on findjobs.ge now means being findable by every employer on the board, indexed by what you can actually do, with your name, your CV and your phone number released only when you say yes. The home page now opens on the listings themselves, a row of quick picks cuts a board of nine thousand down to what fits you, and your account became a workspace: applications with their stage, an applicant desk for employers, and a passkey to sign in with one tap. All of it free.

Employers can now take over the mirrored copies of their adverts in about a minute: every listing with their contact address moves into one account, applications arrive in a dashboard, and editing, bumping and removal work like any direct listing.

Job seekers can now keep a photo, their education and their work history on their account. Every application sent afterwards carries all of it, so an employer sees real experience even when there is no CV attached.
For employersRead and translate a CV without downloading it
Employers can now read an applicant CV in the page, translate it into their own language, and download it only if they want to. Uploads are also checked for macros and active content before they are passed on.
