How to hire on findjobs.ge
Posting is free, there is no limit on listings, and applications are never behind a paywall. This is how the whole thing works, start to finish.

Posting your first vacancy
-
Create a free employer account
An email address is all it takes. Add a passkey or an authenticator app so nobody else can reach your applicants, since a hiring inbox holds other people CVs and phone numbers.
-
Write the advert in whichever language you think in
Write in Georgian, English or Russian. We translate it into the other two, so a Georgian advert is readable to a Russian speaker without you doing anything.
-
State the pay, and state its unit
You can leave it negotiable, but listings with a figure get more applications. Choose per month, per day or per hour, because a day rate shown as a monthly salary misleads everyone who reads it.
-
Expect a moderation pass
Every listing is checked before it appears, usually quickly. We look for scam patterns, contact details that bypass the site, and adverts that are not real vacancies. It protects the people you want applying.
Pick the unit that matches the job. A day rate shown as a monthly salary misleads everyone who reads it.
What people get wrong
- Leaving the salary blank because you are unsure. A range gets more applications than nothing at all, and "negotiable" is read by many people as "low".
- Writing the advert as an internal job description. The requirements list matters less than saying what the person will actually do all day.
- Choosing per month out of habit when you are paying a day rate. The figure is then wrong by a factor of twenty and the wrong people apply.
Working through applications
-
Read them in your inbox on the site
Applications arrive with the CV attached and a short note. Everything for one vacancy sits together, so you are not reconstructing a shortlist out of forwarded email.
-
Answer in the conversation
Replying keeps the thread in one place for both sides. Candidates get an email telling them you answered, so a reply here reaches them as reliably as one from your own mailbox.
-
Mark where each person stands
Seen, interested, on hold, or not this time. The candidate sees the status change, which spares them chasing you and spares you the chasing messages.
-
Propose interview times in the thread
Offer slots and the candidate confirms one with a tap. They get a calendar file, so nobody mistypes the time.
After the hire
-
Mark the person you hired
It closes the loop on the vacancy and starts your public hiring record. A month later they are invited to review you, so your reputation is built by people who actually worked for you.
-
Promote a listing if you need volume fast
Promotion is the only paid thing on the site. It pins the vacancy on the board and in the Telegram channels. Everything else stays free whether you pay or not.
-
Claim listings we already hold for you
If your vacancies were published elsewhere and appear here, we may already be delivering applications to your inbox. The email we send carries a link that connects those listings to your account.
