Chef de Partie

Member of the ACCOR group, hotel "ibis Tbilisi City" announces a vacancy for the position of Chef de Partie.

Your role will be:

** To ensure high standards of quality, taste and presentation of dishes;

** To provide all necessary ingredients for the preparation of the dish;

** To comply with food safety, sanitary and hygienic norms, as well as HACCP standards;

** To ensure compliance with labor safety rules and uninterrupted operation of the kitchen.

Requirements:

** Preferably experience working in a similar position;

** Knowledge of culinary techniques and food safety standards;

** Experience working in a hotel will be considered an advantage;

** Work schedule: 5/2, 9-hour shifts;
