Deputy Store Manager

The clothing network "DeFacto" is announcing a vacancy for the position of Deputy Store Manager.

Work location: Tbilisi

Basic requirements:

• Higher education;

• Experience working in a similar position;

• Mandatory knowledge of English and Russian languages;

• Knowledge of office computer programs;

• Experience working in 1C program (desirable).

Main responsibilities:

• Monitoring ongoing processes in the store and timely response in case of violations;

• Ensuring the store's visual design complies with company standards;

• Arranging and rotating goods in the store and warehouse;

• Implementing sales plans;

• Ensuring an appropriate level of service in the store;

• Managing administrative processes in the store;

• Personnel management: selection, development, certification, motivation.
